I would like to extend our appreciation for the outstanding support and service received by your company for our audio/visual needs during the Joint Army-Navy-NASA-Air Force (JANNAF) 52nd JANNAF Propulsion Meeting / 1st Liquid Propulsion Subcommittee Meeting. This joint meeting was held Monday through Thursday, May 10-13, 2004 at the Flamingo Las Vegas Executive Conference Center in Las Vegas, NV and was considered a great success by the almost 600 propulsion scientists and engineers in attendance.

The JANNAFF Program Committee requests that all speakers make use of electronic presentation materials to enhance the flow and quality of the presentations in the technical sessions. As the technology grows, so do the complications associated with computers, software programs and their compatibility issues. The audio/visual service provided, under the leadership of Mr. Rich Cornish, was exceptional. His knowledge and expertise, and that of his associates Mr. John McLiesh, Mr. James Van Duncan, Mr Daniel J. Gilmore, was a major contributing factor to the success of this conference.

Mr. Lander, Mr. McLiesh, Mr. Van Duncan and Mr. Gilmore were a tremendous asset to this JANNAF conference. I look forward to the opportunity to work with Tradeshow Technical, Incorporated again on future JANNAF meetings.

I wanted to say congratulations and thank you to your team at Trade Show Technical for an outstanding meeting! Technically wise, everything could not have gone better. Which made our cars.com Annual Sales Meeting at The Westin Casuarina Hotel such a success.

Our main goal at this meeting was to create an impact and generate awareness with our owners who sat in the audience and learned about what is to come for 2004 and beyond. Executives who own The Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times down to the Pensacola News Hournal. Given the response we received at our annual meeting, we surpassed even our own expectations.

The Casuarina Ballroom was packed full of people. And the audio visual side went very smoothly. From rehearsal time to presentation day! One of the best compliment an event planner can receive – is being approached by our owners to congratulations us on a job well done!

I loved the idea to suspend the projector. Very nice touch. Please pass along my thanks to John Healy and Rob Kaz. I look forward to an opportunity to work together in the future. We return to Las Vegas – February 2007!

I am an employee of MGM MIRAGE and previously worked as an event coordinator for MGM Grand, where I had the pleasure of meeting and working with the staff at Trade Show Technical. I have been working with Trade Show Technical for over 3 years now. I was referred to them by another company, when looking for show style drapery.

Trade Show Technical has always been able to provide me with not only the highest quality equipment, but also the highest quality of service and best prices. When you work in a fast paced industry where things can change within a matter of hours it is so important to have a reliable source like TST. I have been involved in event planning for over 5 years and have used a variety of services, by far I have had an outstanding experience with TST. I cannot remember a time when they have not come through for me. That is truly appreciated when you are working for a large company with very high expectations.

Recently, I traveled to Phoenix for a trade show and I had a massive booth to set-up and I called on Trade Show Technical to ask if they had a referral in AZ. At the time I had run out of luck and time in finding a vendor that was reliable. I received a call from Jason at TST and he took down all my needs and within a few hours I had drape and all the equipment necessary to make my booth complete in Phoenix!!!! This is the kind of service and commitment TST has shown to its customers. My show would not have been a success had it not been for TST.

Congratulations are in order for helping make the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Convention a huge success. It was a big challenge to transform an Expo Hall into a meeting room, but you did it without any problems.

I was totally impressed with your organization on this project from start to finish. First, your firm stayed on quote and accurately estimated critical set-up and strike labor costs. Secondly, you used specialists to give us the lighting and sound systems needed without wasting extra dollars. Third, the crew you put together was knowledgeable and first-rate and made a huge difference solving problems on the spot, and finally I believe you worked hard to listen to what I had to say and provided a little creativity to help make everything work and look great under a limited budget.

Just as important to me personally was your availability and positive attitude when I called to make last minute changes, your ability to stay cool on the job site, and the fact that you stayed with the show and was not off doing a million other things.
I would recommend your organization to other groups looking for work in major rooms and I should add that John Healy and the crew for the breakout sessions were outstanding as well.
